While this song communicates similar messages to his others, it stands apart in my mind. When I listen to this I'm able to acknowledge the mental disorders I suffer from while also feeling a sense of tranquility. It's the only time I've ever been able to face the negative aspects of my being while understanding that I will be okay in the grand scheme of things; as though I really am peering into the void.
So grateful you exist.
No matter how often I listen to this song, it's always giving me goose bumps.
I guess if I love myself I have a friend
I hear the subtle difference in the mix from the first release and it always gets more beautiful.
Seriously, how can somebody dislike this? It is so beautiful!
Some people might find it too depressing or it might hit too close to home for some. Or if they don't want to see more videos like this in their youtube algorithm. Stuff like that.
